With only a two day week, we have a lot to do! Kindergarten and 1st grade classes will begin their guidance lessons for the month this week and I will finish up the remaining 2nd grade lessons! And be on the look out, because their are lots of pilgrims and Indians around PES this week! Kindergarten students are following up to last month's lesson on 'Spookly the Square Pumpkin', with another story about Spookly and Thanksgiving. In 'Spookly, A Family To Be Thankful' For there are great lessons to be learned! First grade students are watching a movie about the book 'Elmer'! It is a great story about being different and honoring the special qualities in us all! Students are designing their own elephant for our very own Elmer Parade to celebrate the special qualities we all have!
